Guidelines for postersPosters with odd numbers will be presented on Monday, August 19. They should be installed on Sunday or on Monday morning and removed on Monday after the poster session. Posters with even numbers will be presented on Tuesday, August 20. They should be installed on Tuesday morning and removed on Tuesday after the poster session or on Wednesday the latest. All posters should be size A0 in portrait orientation, with the longer dimension vertical. The exact dimensions for the recommended poster size is 84.1 x 118.9 cm. We will provide clips and pins for attaching your poster to the board. The organizers will not be responsible for any lost items placed at the poster boards. We recommend that you do not leave any valuables and mark the poster tubes clearly with your name, institution and email or phone number. |
